Supporting Foreign Missions in Costa Rica and Guatemala

Guy Moore will be returning to Villa Linda, Guatemala this summer with a group from his church in Bainbridge, Georgia that is affiliated with a ministry called The 410 Bridge. [“Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others” 1st Peter 4:10]
If you want to donate or sponsor a child, please visit their website: https://410bridge.org/

We continue to support In the Carpenter’s Footsteps in their construction missions in Costa Rica.

The team headed out on June 24. Duane Underwood wrote: I met with some of the missionaries of ITCF to pack trunks for this year’s mission. These Carpenter’s are the hands of God helping others. Please let everyone know how much we appreciate their helping with this year’s mission.

If you would like to help financially, please mail a check, payable to In the Carpenter’s Footsteps, to Dwayne Searcy; 10111 Puckett Rd.; Perry, FL 32348

Serving Local Senior Citizens

We provided lunch at Carver Heights Senior Center in Havana on April 23, 2025. We also brought a craft making flowers from coffee filters — our members had as much fun as the seniors at the center! In addition, we donated items for use by seniors in care settings. The Senior Center delivers them to seniors they know in the area.

Diaper Drive February 16, 2025

The Pregnancy Center of Gadsden County helps local moms in crisis. We supported them by helping them keep babies clean and dry with diapers and wipes and a large donation of infant clothing and equipment.

Gifts we brought for kids involved in the court system. The Guardian Ad Litem Foundation collected them from us on December 8, 2024 and delivered them for us.

At the end of our yard sale we donated a van full of unsold items to Community Cares Outreach for their thrift shop.
